Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a talented and charismatic Brand Ambassador - Telecommunications to represent our mobile phones & accessories brand and drive sales in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote vivo mobile phones and accessories in retail stores
• Build strong relationships with retail staff to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Participate in in-store promotions, events, and campaigns
• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the telecom or (mobile phone) retail industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of mobile phone technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent to SSCE, NCE, or OND
• Good fitness level
