Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:

  • Recommend products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.

  • Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.

  • Cashier Duties:

  • Accurately process sales transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Issue receipts and provide correct change to customers.
