Job Description:

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining office systems, preparing presentations and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property databases. Additionally, the incumbent will process and manage paperwork related to real estate transactions, order and maintain office supplies, answer phone calls and inquiries from clients, schedule appointments with real estate consultants and for property inspection, build rapport with clients and understand their needs to provide exceptional service, and follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative support to the team.
- Data entry and management of client and property databases.
- Preparation of presentations and marketing materials.
- Scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
