Vehicular Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**

PWAN GROUP is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Tour Guide/Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. This role involves driving company vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and reporting incidents or issues promptly.

**Key Tasks:**

1. Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles regularly to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
2. Drive company vehicles safely and professionally, following all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
3. Document all trips, including start and end times, distances traveled, and any notable events or incidents.
4. Submit detailed reports on trip statistics, such as client numbers, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and fares received.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet performance and reducing costs.

**Essential Skills:**

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
