Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Shop Associate to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of making beverages, such as coffee blends and sugar ratios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, food items, and taking orders while paying attention to details. They will also be required to greet customers, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

In addition, the candidate will need to maintain stock of clean mugs and plates, check if brewing equipment operates properly, and report any maintenance needs. They will also need to comply with health and safety regulations and communicate customer feedback to managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of making beverages like coffee blends and sugar ratios
  • Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations
