Transportation Coordinator

Job Title: Driver

GMAS LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and personnel.

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Deliver packages and other items to customers in a timely manner, if applicable.
• Pick up office purchases and other administrative needs as required.
• Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Update monthly mileage records accurately.
• Maintain an organized travel schedule to optimize routes and reduce downtime.
• Ensure that vehicles have sufficient fuel at all times and are always ready for use.
• Monitor vehicle documents expiration and renewal dates.

• A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• A clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, Google Maps, and similar phone apps.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods in Ibadan and interstate routes.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., during rush hour).
• Appropriate dressing during work hours.
• Good communication skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
• Knowledge of required vehicle documents.
