Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Office Manager/Administrator at Mapemond Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence to maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Handle procurement, supplies, and vendor coordination to support business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience as an Administrator, preferably in office management or administration.
  • Proven track record of excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
