Job DescriptionThe Precision Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation of conventional lathes and milling machines, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured parts.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise the operation of conventional lathes and milling machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired to prevent downtime and extend lifespan.
- Inspect and test manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Intermediate or higher vocational qualification certificate in lathe/milling/bench fitting (e.g., National Occupational Qualification Level 4).
- Special operation certificates (e.g., electrician certificate, welding certificate) are preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and manage team members.
