Job Overview

Hrleverage Africa seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing all accounting transactions, forecasting and budgeting, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely bank payments.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions, including petty cash and expenses.
• Interphase with banks on behalf of the company.
• Prepare invoices and receipts.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Prepare the company's financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.

Requirements:
• BSc in Accounting or any related field.
• 5 years of work experience as an Accountant or bookkeeper.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• MS Excel skills and experience with general ledger functions.
