Paint Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Specialist to join our team at Carrillion Construction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paint and extensive experience working with leading brands such as Dulux, Berger paints, DNMeyer, Mayer paints, Kansai Plascon, PCMN, President paints, and Eagle paints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality paint finishes for our construction projects.
• Collaborate with our design team to select the most suitable paint products for each project.
• Ensure all paint applications meet the required standards and specifications.
• Provide expert advice on paint selection, application, and maintenance to our clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with a variety of paint products and brands.
• Strong understanding of paint chemistry and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
