Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative - Relationship Builder to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for signing on new clients, managing their bank accounts, and presenting them with relevant banking services and products. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Sign new clients and assist them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our banking system.
  • Account Management: Manage client bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, as well as overseeing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Transaction Processing: Process deposits, payments, and withdrawals, while authorizing and evaluating overdrafts and loans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Banking Services and Products: Recommend and explain banking services and products to clients based on their individual needs, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other banking professionals to ensure high-quality client service, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes in daily internal controls, improving efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as check clearing, check deposits, ACH clearing, ATMs, and CDARS.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Six years of experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to our staff.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of retail banking practices, rules, and regulations, enabling you to navigate complex banking scenarios with confidence.
Estimated Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on your location within the United States and your individual performance.
