• Medication Administration and Monitoring: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, monitoring patient responses and vital signs to ensure safe and effective care.
  
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, communicating effectively with healthcare teams and patients to ensure seamless care delivery.
  
• Quality Improvement and Research: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and clinical research studies, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance patient care practices and outcomes.
  
• Professional Conduct: Adhere to ethical standards, nursing principles, and legal regulations governing nursing practice, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions and decisions.

Requirements:
