Telemarketing Expert

We are recruiting for a Telemarketing Expert to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

As a Telemarketing Expert, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services. You will identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest and build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions. To excel in this role, you must continuously stay updated on industry trends and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You must also have 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong persuasive and negotiation skills, are essential. You should be able to work independently and have high-level organizational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
