Property Transaction Manager

The Zylus Group International is looking for a Property Transaction Manager to oversee the legal aspects of our real estate transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal documents are drafted, reviewed, and negotiated correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Oversee the legal aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Legal Advice and Support: Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales to ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes and litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license (call to bar) to practice law in Nigeria.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar, preferably in real estate or property law.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance, excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
