**Job Title:** Maintenance Services Officer

**Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Services Officer to join our team at Patfam, an Hotel in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

**Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks across various hotel facilities
• To ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and functioning efficiently
• To respond promptly to any maintenance-related issues reported by staff or guests

**Requirements:

• BSc / HND / OND minimum in Electrical Engineering
• 3 years minimum hands on experience in a 3 Star a hotel as a General Maintenance Engineer
• Core skills in Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical engineering
• Adequate experience in Reverse Osmosis machinery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
