About the Role: As a Customer Growth Specialist at Plugz Strategic Services, you'll play a critical role in driving significant customer growth through the development and execution of innovative acquisition strategies. With a focus on digital channels, you'll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content that attracts and resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement multi-channel customer acquisition plans, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
* Actively engage with potential customers online, building relationships, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts and resonates with target audiences.
* Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop effective lead generation strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of successfully driving customer growth in B2B or B2C within the tech industry environment.
* Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
