Physician Specialist in Family Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team at Sigma Consulting Group.

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos State

Shift: Morning / Weekends shift

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000 per annum

Accommodation: Provided by the organization

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting health, preventing disease, and managing chronic conditions.

1. Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients, taking into account their medical history, social determinants, and physical condition.
2. Provide accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
3. Offer preventive care services, such as health screenings, vaccinations, and health education, to promote healthy lifestyles among patients and their families.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to medical standards and guidelines.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective patient care.
6. Participate in weekend shifts as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting the needs of our patients.

• Medical degree from a reputable institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
• Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Experience in family medicine is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress effectively.
