About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion house.

  • Manage customer relations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Ensure the shop floor and display areas are always presentable and up to standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or fashion house management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
