HR Generalist

About the Role:

The Human Resources Officer will oversee the Human Resources department, providing comprehensive HR support to Eazipay. This role involves a wide range of duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with laws, company policies, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, hire, and onboard recruits to meet Eazipay's growth goals.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries and concerns promptly, promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and handle disciplinary issues and grievances following company policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate enrollment and changes to benefits.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development to drive business success.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, coordinate training sessions, and track employee participation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and procedures and conduct regular audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior management.
  • Assertive, ambitious and result-oriented individual.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A BSc degree, and relevant certification.
Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
