Healthcare Technician Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and pharmacy records in accordance with local laws and regulations, as well as clinic policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with primary care doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure quality treatment is administered.
• Conduct medication therapy management sessions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to other clinical staff regarding medication information and usage.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
• Stay current with new medications, treatment guidelines, medical technology, and research.
• Assist in the development of clinical protocols and standards.
• Perform thorough medication reconciliations for new and existing patients.
• Address and resolve medication-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by adhering to strict standards and protocols.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Uphold CareOne Clinics' ethical standards, medical protocols, SOPs, and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
