ZEALAND PROPERTIES LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff members as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining records.
- Provide information to visitors regarding company policies, procedures, and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent certification in office administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
