Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Buyer Position to join our procurement team at HRD Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase requisitions, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining procurement systems.

  • Purchase Requisition Management:
  • Process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with requesters to clarify requirements, specifications, or discrepancies.

Purchase Order Creation:

  • Convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
  • E nsure accurate coding of goods or services (e.g., product codes, GL accounts).
  • S end POs to vendors and follow up to confirm receipt and order acceptance.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, clarify specifications, and resolve order-related issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
