Corporate Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant at IBIC Holdings, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior executives and contributing to the organization's success. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, schedules, and appointments, assisting in meeting preparation, responding to emails and document requests, drafting professional documents, and coordinating executive meetings and events.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of experience as an executive assistant to a high-level executive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle administrative coordination, and oversee logistics efficiently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking with strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
