At Patfam, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as Mixologist and Bartender. This dynamic role involves creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

We are a prestigious hotel located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

This role requires a strong background in hospitality management, with a minimum of three years of experience working in a 3-star hotel as a mixologist/bartender. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in upselling techniques.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, smart, neat, obedient, and a team player with a strong sense of hospitality ethics.

• Create innovative and delicious cocktails that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience

1. A minimum of OND in Hospitality Management or a related field
2. Three years of hands-on experience in a 3-star hotel as a mixologist/bartender
3. Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
