About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Ascentech Service Limited. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strict adherence to maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to identify and procure spare parts required for maintenance activities.
  • Proactively respond to faults and perform troubleshooting on all mechanical systems on a daily basis.
  • Document accurate records of all repair and maintenance work conducted to support ongoing operations and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
  • Laboratory Trade Test I as a Fitter Mechanic.
  • Laboratory Trade Tests II and III, along with an OND in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related industry with a demonstrated understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a work environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
