About the Role
NSIA INSURANCE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead its sales team in driving business growth. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining top-performing sales executives who will work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals, expand market share, and drive business growth through effective leadership strategies.
- Develop and implement sales performance management systems to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales team.
- Possess strong customer relationship and business relationship skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and sales skills, with the ability to motivate and coach the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
