Assistant Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Officer to join our team at Lutam Farms. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, pack, store, and transfer food products for shipment to customers.
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assign tasks to production staff based on their skills and work requirements.
• Perform various production tasks, including packaging, labeling, and sorting.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of OND (Diploma) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of MS Office.
