Job Summary:
At DAYTONA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, and contract negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate governance and M&A transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate finance and contract negotiations to maximize business value.
• Represent the company in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases, ensuring effective dispute resolution strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and contracts as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation within a corporate or law firm environment is required. You must have strong knowledge of corporate governance and commercial law, with proven experience managing complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
