We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to promote and sell our real estate services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate sales leads through effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet or exceed targets, ensuring maximum ROI for the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available listings, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.

• Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services.
• Must reside in or around Ajah/Sangotedo, with easy access to our office location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
