Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Expert to join our team. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, evaluating customer needs, and building strong partnerships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.\
  • New Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.\
  • Customer Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and provide tailored presentations on products and services.\
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reviews and reports on sales and financial data to inform business decisions.\
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve better results and gather feedback from customers or prospects.\
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.\
  • Partnership Development: Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company and collaborate with team members to build strong partnerships.\
  • Market Research: Gather market insights to identify trends and opportunities that can help drive business growth.\
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in their roles.\
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.\
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.\
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.\
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and procedures.\
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and make informed decisions.\
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • \
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.\
  • Relevant tertiary qualification required.\
  • Experience selling APIs.\
  • Experience in SaaS sales, preferably enterprise software.\
  • Experience within FinTech/cryptocurrency industry preferred.\
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.\
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.\
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.\
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.\
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.\
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.\\/ul>\

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
