Job Description

At GTI Group, we are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Loan repayment challenges and prevent default by following up with major debtors.
  • Repossess and recover Assets and properties of defaulting Loan Clients.
  • Monitor the Loan Portfolio to resolve NPL (Non-Performing Loans) issues and reduce Portfolio at Risk.
  • Implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed with the Team Lead.
  • Raise Demand Notices to defaulting customers.
  • Review credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.
  • Provide progress reports on Loan repayment status.
  • Monitor background information and feedback on accounts assigned to Assets & Recovery Agencies.
  • Recover Past due obligations/Expired Loans.
  • Follow up on sale of securities deposited for collateral with the legal department.
  • Prepare recovery strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare Payment Vouchers for Business Partners.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 - 7 years experience in a similar role.
