Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality beverages, such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty drinks
* Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders
* Answer customer questions about menu choices and promote menu options
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and equipment
* Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
* Extensive knowledge of making beverages, including coffee blends and sugar ratios
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications
* B.Sc/H.N.D in Hospitality Management or related field
