Procurement Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Strategist to join our team at StretfordHill Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement plans to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Implement cost-saving measures and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
