Cashier Specialist

We are ASSURANCE THRIFT CREDIT & LOAN COOPERATIVE SOCIETY, a financial institution dedicated to promoting a savings culture and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our mission is to provide access to loans that enable SMEs to expand their businesses.

Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Cashier Specialist to join our team at our Mpape and Kuje branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating smooth transactions.

About the Role:

• You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling cash transactions, and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
• You will work closely with our loan department to ensure that SMEs receive timely access to funding.
• You will maintain accurate records and adhere to strict security protocols to prevent any discrepancies or losses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and accounting software.
