Bonus: Performance-based bonus of NGN 200,000 and above.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, collecting outstanding debts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to collect overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collection software.

Salary Range: NGN 250,000 - NGN 400,000 per annum.
