Job Title:

Personal Assistant to the President and Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the President of Bema Integrated Services, a dynamic Christian music ministry and fintech company. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the President, who also doubles as one of our company's featured artists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with payroll and administrative tasks to streamline operations for the President.
  • Support the President in both their roles as a business owner and an artist, including attending and assisting at events.
  • Provide administrative support to reduce the workload of the President, helping with scheduling, communications, and task management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and execute marketing efforts for the President's artistic work.
  • Assist in testing websites, applications, and fintech systems developed by the company.
  • Maintain and clean common work areas, ensuring a tidy and efficient working environment.
  • Support the recruitment process, including helping to schedule interviews and onboard new talent.
  • Aid in reviewing music projects and providing organizational support for the President's work as an artist.
  • Be open to learning and working in a fintech and software engineering environment.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort working in a technology-driven environment, with a willingness to learn about fintech and software development.
  • Proficiency in Excel or a strong willingness to develop Excel skills is essential.
  • Experience in administration, payroll, or office management is a plus.
  • Interest or background in the arts and music is a bonus.
Location:

This is an in-person position, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment that includes both office and creative spaces.
