Job Title: Youth & Programme Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth & Programme Assistant to join our team at the Bible Society of Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing youth-related programmes that promote biblical values and scripture reading among Nigerian youths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programmes that engage Nigerian youths with the Word of God
  • Carry out projects and activities initiated by the Bible Society of Nigeria to achieve its mission mandate
  • Work with stakeholders, including Area youth leaders and secretaries, to facilitate the execution of Bible competitions and engagement
  • Ensure timely reporting of programme implementation for further decision-making
  • Organize workshops and seminars for Area Officers and youth leaders of Churches and Para-Church organizations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years cognate experience in youth-related programmes and projects
  • National Diploma or equivalent in the humanities or a related field
  • Ability to develop and plan life-transforming programmes
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
