Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing business development strategies, building relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitor analysis

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth and market expansion

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner companies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within oil & gas or engineering

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
