Physiotherapy Assistant

At FriendnPal, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist Volunteer to join our team. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing essential physiotherapy services to support the physical rehabilitation and wellness of our clients.

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Treatment Planning: Implement evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans to address patients' needs and promote recovery.
• Therapy Sessions: Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve physical function and overall well-being.
• Education: Educate patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes to inform future care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Participate in outreach programs and health workshops to raise awareness about physiotherapy and overall wellness, promoting a culture of health and well-being in our community.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Certification: Relevant certifications or licenses in physiotherapy (if applicable) are preferred.
