Investment Fund Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investment Fund Manager to join our team at GTI Asset Management & Trust Limited. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of real estate private equity funds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve optimal returns.
  • Analyze and evaluate potential investments, including real estate assets and other alternatives.
  • Manage relationships with joint venture partners and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Present investment summaries to the Investment Committee for approval.
Requirements:
  • University Graduate degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Chartered Stockbrokers certification.
  • SEC-sponsored individual status.
