Subject Matter Expert

At Medmina College, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that align with Nigerian and British curriculum standards.

• Design and implement engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and instructional technologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
• Incorporate real-world examples and practical applications into lessons to enhance students' understanding and relevance of the subjects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities integrating multiple subjects and promoting holistic learning.
• Foster a culture of critical thinking, creativity, and independent inquiry among students.
• Provide guidance and support to students in extracurricular activities related to the subjects, such as business clubs, art exhibitions, or academic competitions.
• Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in education, particularly in fields of Economics, Financial Accounting, Business Studies, Commerce, Fine and Creative Arts.
• Integrate Islamic values into the curriculum being taught to students.
