Electrical Systems Technician Position

AMDEETEL NIGERIA LTD is seeking a qualified Electrical Systems Technician to play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, collaborating with the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies.


Key Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage maintenance schedules for all electrical systems, focusing on regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to ensure seamless communication and coordination on maintenance activities.
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and resolution, using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately, maintaining transparent and accountable records of repairs and maintenance work performed.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Hold Labor Trade Test I for Electricians as a minimum requirement.
  • Possess Labor Trade Tests II and III and an OND in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Bring at least 2-3 years of experience in a related industry, demonstrating technical expertise and teamwork capabilities.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Showcase knowledge of safety protocols in the workplace and commitment to continuous learning and improvement in electrical systems.
