The ideal candidate will be able to develop meal plans and recipes that align with company needs, while ensuring food is prepared in a hygienic and timely manner. They should also be able to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements include proven experience as a Chef, specializing in African cuisine, as well as strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Excellent time management and organizational skills are also essential.
