Regional Sales Leader for FMCG Industry

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, with at least 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry. He or she will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. The successful candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and control regional sales expenses to ensure alignment with budget
