Job Description:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.

Additionally, this role involves preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. The Executive Assistant serves as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating efficient communication.

This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with project management tools and document management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
