**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Recruitment and Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Amaiden Energy Nigeria LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with candidates, and building a talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  2. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  4. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies and decisions

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
