Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of Financial Sales Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a minimum portfolio of 20 Financial Sales Advisors (FSA)
  • Provide training support to ensure team members meet their sales targets
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
