About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at EKO MAINTENANCE. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining various wooden structures and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on doors, door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
  • Building Frameworks: Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
  • Carpentry Tasks: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks as needed, including general carpentry, cabinetmaking, and furniture making.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a minimum of a Trade Test qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
  • Experience: Possess 2-5 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Skillset: Be proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Carpentry Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical Condition: Maintain good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
