We seek a skilled Senior Chinese Cuisine Specialist to join our esteemed clients' kitchen team. As a key player in culinary operations, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative Chinese dishes that showcase authentic flavors and presentation. Your expertise in supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high culinary standards, and adhering to food safety regulations will drive success in this role.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute menus featuring traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal preparation and service
* Implement efficient kitchen operations to meet customer demands
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen area
* Source fresh ingredients and manage inventory effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience as a senior chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
