Overview:

Lumkalt Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our substation infrastructure construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, site supervision, and client liaison.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
